Michael & Louie | DTLA Proposal Photos

When Michael messaged me explaining he had plans to propose to his boyfriend in the tallest building on the west side of the Mississippi, I knew I had to squeeze in their session in my calendar. It was a last minute inquiry made just 2 days prior to the planned proposal. 

There was supposed to be a beautiful view of the Los Angeles city lights outside the windows behind them, but it was an overcast day and the clouds rolled in just before sunset. It's okay, because it was more important for me to capture the look on Louie's face when Michael dropped down to one knee. Louie didn't see it coming at all. He was in complete shock and it was the most endearing thing ever. Congratulations you guys!
